Tracy is the Educational Leader of CCLC Ringwood. She has more
than 15 years experiences working with children, families and
educators. She is assisting the CCLC educators team to​

• mentor other educators by leading quality practice.

• lead our team to plan, document and evaluate a quality program. Collaborate with educators and provide curriculum direction and guidance.

• support educators to effectively implement the cycle of planning to enhance programs and practices

• guiding and developing educators and families’ understandings about play and leisure-based learning, and the significance of the early years in the education continuum for children
